Single Sign-On (SSO) Now Available for Enterprise Customers

Currently, we have several integrations using our APIs. We also integrate with tools, such as BaseSpace for data import. Today, we’re excited to add another new category to our integration landscape, Single Sign-On (SSO) providers, available for our enterprise customers.

By integrating One Codex with your SSO provider you will be able to login to your account using your existing corporate credentials; that’s one less password to remember!

Here are some additional details:

Single sign-on (SSO) is a session and user authentication service that allows a user to utilize one set of login credentials (e.g., name and password) to access multiple applications. The service authenticates the end user for all the applications the user has been given rights to (like One Codex) and eliminates further prompts when the user switches applications during the same session.

Companies with limited help desk resources, stressed by password-related issues, can experience much needed relief from an SSO portal. According to Gartner, Inc., 40 percent of all help desk support calls are for password resets.
With SSO, a single set of login credentials for the portal provides access to any resources integrated with the SSO portal, eliminating the need to remember login credentials for each application. This dramatically reduces password reset issues.
